FFG Intensive Training

The intensive training was held on April 14-15. It was a life changing training. As a crew, I witnessed how people changed from mediocrity state of mind to an outstanding mindset. The training focuses on business skills development and majority of which focused on building a rich mindset. One of our Grand Mentors said that Filipinos are poor not because we lack skills and resources but because of "poor mindset". That is why the intensive training was designed to help people cultivate a rich mindset.

The training was spearheaded by our amazing Grand Mentor Edd Gloria. He has full of energy and I have felt his heart of love with all the participants. He is truly an amazing product of Mentoring Program and FFG. He is now an icon in the international FFG community specifically FFG Philippines. He travels to various countries in ASIA, Africa, Middle East where he conducts the same training.

I have attended several episodes of the same training and there is always an amazing positive result. People are casting out and pouring out their burdens. Having witnessed the participants through the training process, there was really an obvious renewing of their perspective in life. They are no longer the same old negative person after the training. They have learned to value their family, their time and they were able to appreciate what they have instead of what they don't have. The training has been an instrument to unlock their potential. They are now more ready to face challenges in their business and in their lives. Most of them have realized that life is so precious that they need to spend it on quality priorities. They somehow discovered how significant their role in their their families, community and country. They are now changed from the inside-out. Simply amazing training.

The training is available in Philippines and UAE. As mentors multiply and be equipped, it will be soon available in other countries.
