Mentoring Program

The Mentoring Program is one of the most powerful step by step process towards success not only financially but all aspect in life. There are 5 levels in the mentoring program. Mentor, Executive Mentor, Senior Mentor, Grand Mentor, Grand Mentor Star 1 to 5.  To date, no one in the FFG global community has achieved Star 5 so far. The highest however is Star 2 from Indonesia. Currently, we have 3 Grand Mentors in the Philippines.

Most of the mentors specially in Indonesia have proven themselves successful in all areas of their lives as a result of the mentoring program. I cannot discuss the details or requirements but certainly the process involve habit changing phase, test of character, lowering of ego and also mental discipline. It is certainly a gateway to a lasting success.

A mentor has given higher form of training and edification from the rest of the leaders. The Chief Mentor provide holistic training which mold their character and mentality. Their human capacity is elevated through mental conditioning and character building. That is why I am so eager to become a mentor and be involve with the activities of the mentors. I have tried the mentoring program for several times but it seems my effort is not yet enough to achieve at least a MENTOR level. But for sure I will be one of the top in one or two years from now.

My sponsor is now a Grand Mentor. I have seen his success ever since. He travels around the world conducting trainings. His organizations have expanded to more than 20 different countries and continents including Middle East, Africa, Canada, USA, Asia and Europe. He inspires a lot of people specially among Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW). His mission is to let 10 OFWs go back to Philippines and be reunited with their family. He made a tremendous job in the business and he is constantly progressing. He is now one of the highest earner and multi millionaire in the company and his success is unstoppable. He is revered and highly respected throughout the world in FFG community. That is the life that I am aiming. To be able to enrich and inspire other people. To be an agent of change regardless of creed, race and beliefs.

Once become a mentor, you are given a chance to be in the Financial Freedom Club (FF Club) which means you need to earn at least $25,000 a month. This is the circle of people that I belong. That's an affirmation.

Anyone can join the mentoring program provided that you are a member of winalite and FFG. It is now ongoing in several countries in Asia, Canada, Middle East and Africa. Be the first mentor in your country. It's an exciting journey to success.
