Mindset

I started to be involved in FFG towards the end of August 2009. The first activity that accelerated my learning was the FFG orientation. I want to start this blog since I want to share my learning. Frankly, for me, it is a life changing experience. Dr. Yong, our Chief Mentor always deliver a life changing messages in all our FFG activities that has changed a lot of people not only in my country but around the world.

Mindset. This is probably one of the most common but powerful topic being discussed in almost all of our trainings. I understood that whatever you think most of the time, it is the reflection of who you are and what you ought to become. The contents of your thoughts is highly significant either positive or negative. That is why it is very important to guard your thoughts. Your action depends on it; then your actions (repeatedly done) forms a habit; then it becomes your attitude, then character and eventually your destiny. Your situation today is the result of your thoughts in the past. If you are successful today, it is because in the past, you have thought of becoming successful. Your mind is so powerful that it can create things - your reality. Be careful of who you think you are. Be careful on how you perceive people around you because it can manifest in your life.

Begin to think positively. Appreciate yourself and the people around you specially your family. Begin to say "Thank you" or "I love you" to your parents or to your spouse. Appreciate your children. Think positive towards them although most of the time they fail your expectations. I don't know your situation right now but whatever it maybe, appreciate what you have. The mere fact that you are reading this blog means you have gift of comprehension. As I have said, be mindful of your mindset. Allow positive thoughts and reject any negative. Positive thoughts increases your energy and motivation.
